Hi there,
I hope someone can help as I am getting very frustrated. I upgraded to the TV 360 package in June and no longer have access to TNT sports, everything on my account says I should have it but when I spent 2.5 hrs on the web chat they told me I need to subscribe and pay £22 a month. When I upgraded it said everything would stay the same and I have an email and contract that says this including TNT Sports.
There no longer seems to be a phone number so I can speak to someone, can anyone help?

Yes the team in retentions were very good and sorted the situation.
