Switching to ebilling

I am trying to switch to ebilling. I have searched high and low in my account and followed all online instructions I could find, but cannot find an ebilling section on my account. Can anybody tell me how?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here! 

I am so sorry that you have faced an issue setting up eBilling! Can I ask if you have tried accessing the web version of your My Virgin Media profile and then heading to My Profile at the top of the page, then scroll down to the eBilling section and clicking 'switch to eBilling'?

Just got my first bill with Virgin media oh so helpfully informing me i'll be charged £21 for receiving paper bills despite and that I can change this on my profile despite there being no way to do this. Do you just make it difficult so you can charge people extra? This needs addressing now or I'll be contacting the ombudsman regarding your shady practices
