How to move to Paperless Biling ??
Whilst I clearly stated to not have paper bills when I renewed my contract it seems I have been receivng them anyway. Ive tried numerous time to find an option to change to paperless. They mention a "profile" .I dont have a profile within my virgin media ? And looking at other older posts (some going back like 2 years!?) others have had excatly the same issue. Can someone explain exactly how to do this from within my virgin media online account how you actually do this please as its clear the instructions provided by VM are out of date. Any help would be much appreciated
