Switching to e-billing

Like a lot of other i am having issues switching to e-billing. The link on the website doesn't work and my contact preferences don't include e-bills as an option. Please can somebody help?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue registering for our E bills
I'd like to investigate this for you as it's possible to arrange from here.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
