Speak to a human

Is there any way I can speak to a human about support with my bill? The AI services doesn't give me options for the issues I have and just end up in a viscous loop of same questions.

There is no direct phone number. This may help you, try pressing random numbers quickly. This has helped me in the past with this type of system. A VM staff member will get to your post in a day or so.

Considering we are paying for a service with no real customer service I feel this very discouraging staying with virgin if all we can do it talk to an AI

I have had my services restricted due to me loosing my job a week before Christmas and was wondering if virgin offer any help at all while I'm transitioning into another job

Thank you for expanding on this. You'll definitely be able to speak with a member of the team when you call, but you will need to select the most relevant options on the call menu to reach them.

What happens exactly when you call? Would you also mind confirming the number that you've been calling?

03454541111 this is the number I called, the only option it gives me is to pay, I've been through all the options multiple times and none give me the option to speak to a member of your team.

Have you received any communications from us with an alternative number to call?

What happens if you dial the number and don't enter anything when it asks to make a payment? It should loop 3 or 4 times and then pass you through to a member of the team.

I have just tried your suggestion and it still doesn't work, the automated service is telling me to go online. Doesn't give me any other options and proceeds to just saying thanks for calling and good bye. 

Why is it so difficult to speak to a human being at virgin media??? This is getting increasingly frustrating
