I’m having trouble connecting a second device. I get as far as “im not a robot “ then can’t get any further. Continues to get me picking out bicycles,traffic lights,cross walks etc.

Are you able to try logging in using a different browser or via incognito/private browsing mode?

Don’t really understand using a browser,as I’m using the app on my iPad. My first device is an iPhone which connected straight away. I tend not to use a computer.

Forum TeamThanks for coming back to us Delcwood, sorry I was thinking that you were using the browser version of TV GO. Have you tried to remove the application and re-add it?
If not, please could you give that a go and let us know how it goes. If you've already tried that and it hasn't worked, do you have any other devices that you could try to register on a different device?
