Struggling to speak to a human being

I have several issues (surprise surprise) and need to speak to a human. I nearly threw my precious phone across the floor just now. You can't even press to leave any more. I assume you just press a button online.

I want to speak to someone about my billing but not a bot

  • I several questions to ask virgin but I can't even ask them if I am leaving as there isn't an option and even then I can't remember my password.

  • Yes I'm having problems getting my main email back, which is essential . I can't get to speak to someone to help me get out of this mess. All caused by signing to virgin o2. Why keep changing stuff all the time. Never had a problem for years. Can someone contact me or give me a message to help,

        When I signed to the new VirginO2 its looks like its connected it to my other email account other than the one I've always used. I've tried several ways, When I try to sign in it only lists the one and not my regular one.

        When I try to use another email I just can’t get on with a passkey and when I do it asks for other things.

        The regular email I use is not linked at all.
