Renewed contract

Hi, I just renewed my contract to be fair got a great price and kept all my access. However I have now 2 x V6 boxes, but the new contract now says I will have Virgin TV 360. Does this mean I will have to have 2 new boxes?

I tried to get through to support, but they said i have not renewed yet. lol strange as I have the new contracts sat in my Inbox.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Daniel_Et for the help and support getting me sorted out with our new 360 upgrade. He got it all sorted and was very patient with me during the frustration of the order issues.
