So I renewed my contract when offered a deal that was acceptable compared to what I had before with virgin media, got confirmation with order ref and also emails with PDF contract information sheets. However as a lot of others have experienced I'm getting charged a lot more and I'm still receiving emails saying that my contract has expired and needs renewing. Is there an email address I can contact so I can copy in the PDF contracts and see If virgin can explain what is going on with contract. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

On your paperwork does this state a date that it would start or does it say right away?

Matthew thanks for reaching out. The contract creation date was 25 Dec and the estimated activation date says 28th Dec. £50 for 18months but first bill is £62 and my app still saying promotional offers or discounts has finished. hope  this helps
