Renewal

So I renewed my contract when offered a deal that was acceptable compared to what I had before with virgin media, got confirmation with order ref and also emails with PDF contract information sheets....

On your paperwork does this state a date that it would start or does it say right away?

Matthew thanks for reaching out. The contract creation date was 25 Dec and the estimated activation date says 28th Dec. £50 for 18months but first bill is £62 and my app still saying promotional offers or discounts has finished. hope  this helps
