Renewal of existing contract

Can someone help me renew my existing package, can’t do it following the e mail link or through my VM app. Only wanting to stay another year till other issues are sorted otherwise VM won’t talk to me, why is everything so hard

I'm afraid VM don't have 12 month contracts. If wanting to recontract you would be tied into  a new 18 month minimum term.

The forum team can't process regrades or help with pricing, however you should speak to retentions (thinking of leaving) and see what price you can negotiate. They are generally based in the UK, and have a greater degree of knowledge and flexibility, along with a larger range of discounts than the front line agents.  Do your homework first and price up similar deals with other providers to use as  leverage.

Hopefully you can then negotiate a deal with them that's suitable to your pocket and needs in exchange for a new contract. Or failing that you can place your cancellation with that team.

The quickest contact method is by calling either 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.

You can also text VM on 0753 305 1809 or speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112 but phone calls take priority and these methods can take 4 to 6 hours.

Can you please confirm what happens when you attempt to click the link?

Have you possibly attempted to open this in an alternative browser or after clearing cache on the browser you're using?

I clicked on the renewal link as instructed and a couple of days later got my order number beginning with a CH and confirmation of amount I’ll be paying 

Thanks for getting back to us! In that case, it sounds like your order has been processed. 

A back-office team manually process these orders once placed, so it can take up to 10 days before they are applied (in extreme cases).

When your contract/package updates, you should receive another confirmation with the changes that have been made 😊
