Renewal of existing contract
Can someone help me renew my existing package, can’t do it following the e mail link or through my VM app. Only wanting to stay another year till other issues are sorted otherwise VM won’t talk to me...

I clicked on the renewal link as instructed and a couple of days later got my order number beginning with a CH and confirmation of amount I’ll be paying
Thanks for getting back to us! In that case, it sounds like your order has been processed.
A back-office team manually process these orders once placed, so it can take up to 10 days before they are applied (in extreme cases).
When your contract/package updates, you should receive another confirmation with the changes that have been made 😊
