Renewal Contract not Actioned

I've spent nearly 4 hours on chat this morning dealing with one idiot after another who can't seem to grasp a simple concept. I agreed a new contract at my existing rate at the start on November, I got all the paperwork through and thought that was it. I then get a bill at an increased price and phone to query it. I'm told not to worry, that the order is going through and I won't pay an increase price. Guess what happens today? DD goes out at increased price. I've been going round in circles on the chat and no one can either sort it or tell me why the old contract wasn't actioned.

Never got a PM. But that doesn't surprise me considering how the rest of the communication has been with VM. After 5 hours and 4 attempts on the chat it was eventually resolved.
