Remittance advice cheque expired

Hi folks,

I've got a similar issue and stumbled upon this thread. Would be great if someone could tell me how to get a cheque re-issued please.

Hi sjeesss, 

Thanks for confirming that for us. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

To clarify - as this was copied from another thread - I've found an expired remittance advice cheque and would like to know how to request a new cheque.

The cheque expired before I cashed it. It was issued after returning my virgin router and tvbox when we moved house (no virgin in the new postcode).
