Re: E-Billing - unable to switch it on so being charged for paper ones!

I am having the exact same issue I would like to remove this and switch to eBilling too.

    Welcome to the community forums. 

    Sorry to hear you're unable to set up e-billing. You should be able to do this via your online account by following these steps. 

    •    Click on the Settings tile.

    •    Click on Account Details.

    •    Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.

    •    Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.

    •    Click Update.

     

    If you're having any issues with these steps, please let us know where the steps fail or what happens at your side so we can investigate this further.

      Hi I have tried this I do not have an option to update my communication preference. The only options I have is “Email/Text Message/Phone Call/Post” alll as one option! I’ve been trying to sort this out for months now.

  • Hi,

    I've had the same ongoing issue for 18 months now and regularly raising complaints with no resolution. The above steps are not available to me via my account settings. I wish to set up e-billing and ensure it continues for the duration of my contract rather than monthly calls to CS.
