Hi, Ordered my virgin media package in April, got it connected the 1 of may, i picked the nintendo switch as my free gift, but have no recieved anything, Contacted virgin online chat and was told someone would email me back from the right team in 4-5 working days, but that was 2-3 weeks ago and still, have no email nor the free gift. Can you please chase this up and see what's going on. If i just have to wait, that's fine, but i want to make sure that im 100% getting this free gift thanks

Promises to phone you back rarely happen, they are just to get rid of your call. Wait for a VM person to pick this up and try to help.
