Free gift - Not received?
I joined virgin media back in March when they were offering a free IPad for a march deal if you joined thier mega bundle. I have yet to receive this iPad. When phoning up I was told it can take over 90 days but when purchasing it said within 28 days of my broadband being switched on the iPad will be sent out. I’ve emailed the tlcawards email address provided on the help page and had no response. What is going on and why aren’t you honoring this gift?Not received gift
Joined on the offer for free tv or money off account, went with tv and now after a month and the time to get out of contact passed they are now saying I’m not eligible, no more detail then that but next person I speak with saying stock issues and I am eligible then next person not eligible. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing but have the call transcript with the tv being offered and accepted so I’m going to raise a complaint with Communications Ombudsman as this is false advertising and poor service. Why offer if you have no intention to follow up. Very poor service for new customersNot recieved my free gift
Hi, Ordered my virgin media package in April, got it connected the 1 of may, i picked the nintendo switch as my free gift, but have no recieved anything, Contacted virgin online chat and was told someone would email me back from the right team in 4-5 working days, but that was 2-3 weeks ago and still, have no email nor the free gift. Can you please chase this up and see what's going on. If i just have to wait, that's fine, but i want to make sure that im 100% getting this free gift thanks
