Not received my free Nintendo switch and signed up in April

I chose free gift and not credit and still haven’t recieved anything, that’s the reason I signed up.

Have phoned customer services several times and no one seems to know a thing

    I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting on an inclusive gift from your offer. Did you take out the deal directly via us, or did you take it out via a third party such as a price comparison website? Can you also check and confirm if the gift you're referring to is detailed on our offer details document?

      i done it via the virgin media website and it gave me an option either voucher or free switch.

        And just to confirm, is the gift detailed on our offer details document or do you have any other evidence to show it was chosen?

  • if you check my bundle and also check the date I signed up you will see I am entitled to either the switch or credit, if I didn’t choose the credit which you can see from my account then you can see I have chosen the switch
