Nintendo Switch gift faulty
I’ve received a Nintendo Switch as an offer with our VM package, but the Nintendo Switch is now faulty after a few months.
i have contacted Nintendo and raised a repair request but they won’t accept the return without proof plof purchase or a receipt.
I have contacted VM many many many times but seem to get nowhere, promised replies in 24/48/72 hours, I receive nothing.
The last time I contacted them, they said they’ll send my contract over, but there is nothing on there saying I received the Switch.
Im banging my head against the wall with this, I just want it repaired. If I just send it back, Nintendo said they’ll charge me as an out of warranty repair.
How on earth do I get VM to send proof of purchase / receipt for this with serial number on? (Even though this is a gift offer on the package)
