I have received my order documents and customer order receipt on the 18th September but haven’t received my welcome email with my account number on so i can sign up to my virgin media. I also haven’t received any email or contact since receiving my documents about when our WiFi will be accessible to us. Please can i have some advice on what to do going forward. Thank you

I received my documents on the 18/09, i haven’t received any further form of contact and no welcome email with an account number to then look on my account to see if there is a problem. Please can i have help. I am without WiFi and struggle to complete work.
