Re: No Welcome Email or Account Number?

Hi,

I also have the same problem- I have ordered a self-install box to a property previously supplied by Virgin Media as well, and have received two emails: a pre-contract one and an order summary, but no order confirmation or full contract has been sent- my delivery date was due to be today.

      Hi,

      I placed order on 28/12/2023 didnโ€™t received welcome email. Waiting for engineers but still no word from them also. Can someone help?

        Have u tried what app chat as can be quicker than on here or live chat

        Thanks for replying to my message but your advice was not very helpful as I have no way of using app or doing anything without my account number and I have nothing at all with account number on it 

        I can't even look at a bill because I have no idea what my number is

        PLS help
