Good afternoon to whoever is currently looking at this post.
Last week my Mum was contacted by Virgin Media to offer a new contract, which included a standard Netflix account.
We were told that an email activating it would be sent, but after a week of checking her email address/spam folder, the email still hasn't arrived.
Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

To confirm, if you go onto the online account is there an option to activate the Netflix service?
