Netflix activation link

Hi can anyone please help with this!! Switched to Virgin on the 11th March after 22 years with Sky. Have never received an activation link for Netflix, spent hours on the phone with the contact centre who don’t seem to be able to help. Thanks

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.

    We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with getting Netflix activated. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
