Blundell package Netflix Virgin media scammed me yet again

I posted I updated to Netflix 4k I have a direct debit live on my Virgin media also I have £100 plus in my account on Virgin media I ordered Netflix 4k through Virgin media there was a menu on my Netflix of virgin media 4k

History of trying to add package from one five one nightmare city use the app. 

3 1/2 hours ordered

N0w scam part

Ordered 28th of October 24 virgin  media

19 November turned off all my Netflix stating that it was still live on my box repeatedly it's on my box wasn't 1 rep looked. And the vox serial number and Netflix ID on the box was not visible so my Netflix was 100% the activated I complained to the rep I've have a blundled deal for Netflix but you have disabled all my Netflix so what a bunch of scammers instantly phone as instantly disconnected off Virgin media rep..

Blundell deals do not mean any think I can't virgimedia add Netflix HD free of charge in the blundle add 4K Netflix all direct debit and a funds still in my account. But they deactivated my Netflix 4k and not a sorry insight..

Virgin media staff on here

Tom was private messaging me then he stopped so I give up send any private messages I will just delete I want to let others know that Virgin media are a bunch of scammers  deals did not mean you get what you ordered 

 

£10.99 for free U get no netflix if U update to there 4k version for added £7 extra 

 

There just remotely shut your account without warning you by phone.

 

Was no warning emails stated problem with your direct debit or payment  just instant deactivation...

i got normal netflix on package deal great .

i rang VM again on 150 to be meet by there way .

i asked i wanted to add netflix 4k to be meet with £17.99

i told the advisor on 150 if u look i got netflix normal . u need to pay £17.99

i hung up phone 

2nd 150 

rang back and not a member of staff at start told £7,00 extra go head...

then the news i cant add here go use virgin media app .

i was very confused and statment and shut down with the following .

customer get phone tv 360 box and because of 360 u give router for 360 

and dont have to have a phone / pc / laptop / tablet yes he agreed.

so im old and say i never had u statment u need to go on line .

virgin media web site no add on ... told to go to chat .

 

1 1/2 hours on calls and chat to be met with there a service problems i open a ticket .

WHY ARE THE 150 THERE FRIEND WALKS IN AND 30 SECONDS HE ADDED NETFLIX 4K ...

I ADDED THE 4K GREAT 360

IN SYSTEM SHOWS 4K SETTING LOCKED.

YOUTUBE 4K LOCKED BRILL PICTURE.

RANG AND TOLD DO THIS THAT OTHER NO FIX ....

 

FRIEND COME AROUND AGAIN AND I HAVE A TV WITH BUILT IN NETFLIX LOGGED IN TO BE MET WITH NETFLIX 4K WORKING ON TV...

YOUR PACKAGE AS ONLY NETFLIX NORMAL ON IT .

FUNNY I GOT AN EMAIL OF VIRGIN MEDIA SAYING THE 4K IS LIVE ON MY VIRIGN MEIDA NETFLIX .

 

SO WERE ON PLANET DO THE STAFF GET TRAINED ON PC OR THE SYSTEMS OF VIRGIN MEDIA CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT .

 

AT THIS TIME 

 

HD ON NETFLIX .

FRIEND COME JUST USED WIFI ON TV SAY 4K NETFLIX .

 

 

SO WE CHARGE U £7.00 AND CANT USE THE NETFLIX ON MY 360 .

 

SON AS WORKING ON XBOX 1ST GO WORKING .

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

We don't offer Netflix Premium on any package, it would just be the Netflix standard bundle.

If you do wish to pay extra to upgrade, this would be £7.

Is your HDMI Resolution in your Audio & Video settings on your box set to Automatic or 4K? If so and you have Netflix Premium on your plan, plus selecting a 4K Film/Show on Netflix, it should work.

I added the £7 premium 4K version....

But box is setup as 4k

YouTube works ok in 4 k

But 360 netflix is only in hd...

 

My TV apps netflix 4k but no spare ports to use on TV...

 

 

 

If you're on the 360, then if the requirements I've stated are met, you'll have the 4K version of Netflix on your box.

tv app shows . icon in 4K 

virgin media 360 box shows in HD icon lite so HD ... sent photo easy to show .

 

and tv menu

If you log in to your online account - virg.in/myVM are you paying for the 4K version of Netflix?

Netflix standard Virgin media package deal added premium seven pound deal with Virgin media 

 

Say knightware ordering as staff new how to order the 4k version..

Thanks for checking jasonu.

So with the standard Netflix at £7 a month, this would not include any 4K content.

But 360 show in HD

£10.99 discount and extra 7.00 with virgin media payments got confirmation email offered you media like my package includes premium 4K Netflix
