- Blame over sea call centres 150 or 151 happy to add services say fix and language barrier..

Netflix Virgin media HD. Transferred to 4k on 28th of October on 19 November all Netflix through Virgin media payment system
Give me warning message Netflix has been switched off due to no payment I have got credit on my account with Virgin media and is a direct debit sub still active on my account but Virgin media as the activated my Netflix 100% can't view any Netflix at all 150151 nightmare city it is still on your account your box is still showing Netflix is running etc etc etc normal Netflix when I log in on box PC TV space.. all my next flicks has been turned off

I'm sick of virgin media told me I gave to wait 2 weeks as the Netflix was suspended down to them but they won't admit but they sent me proof suspended me Virgin media
No apologies of Virgin media as come just that my HD services running which is bull my payment method was the my account is incredit

Rang 151 blaming me now for the suspension on my Netflix saying there was a problem with the payment and direct debit saying it now it's a technical issue my free Netflix Virgin is saying it is enabled on both boxes and then started shouting at me 151 put phone down rep was saying I am not listening pre-service means you don't get nothing off Virgin media yeah again
