Netflix activation

Just joined

Hi there,

I have Netflix included with my bundle but have no clue how to activate it.  I have tried creating an account with my Virgin Media address to no avail - I am simply provided with the option to pay £12.99 or £17.99. I am using a Virgin 360 box.

Any help?  I have read other threads but none of them have given me the answer.

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some trouble with the Netflix addon in your bundle. Depending on when you took a bundle with the Netflix service, it can take up to 14 days for the activation email to be sent.

The activation email is usually sent to the email registered to the account and can sometimes land in the Junk/Spam folder. This allows you to register directly on the Netflix website with the login details of your choice - you can then use these details to sign in on your devices, and TV360 box.

If you have added this within the last 14 days, then we're limited on the support we can offer. If it has passed 14 days, please do let us know and we can investigate further.
