Hello,
I made an early payment on 16th of July via the online portal where I can input my card details and paid the full amount; I received an email receipt stating payment received.
I cancelled my direct debit (as I didn't want to be charged 2x within the space of 2-4 days).
I got an email today stating the amount is basically still owed - has my other payment been lost to the void?
Can someone from VM check this for me?
