Limited time renewal offer email link doesnt work

Hi, 

I've received an email as my contract is about to end. Email offers me same services for a little extra (same price plus inflation rise), however on clicking link it takes me to a, "Oops, looks like some thing's gone wrong" page.

 

Can anyone please help?  Offer expires 7th Feb

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. It's possible you have a special discount on your account that is preventing for a new offer from being displayed.

I have a mixit tv package with Volt tv M350 and talk weekends on home phone.

£71.80 a month after a £17 credit

Thanks for your help, I attempted cache and history ipe, however that didn't work either. 

So I used WhatsApp number and they were very helpful and sorted me out a great deal.
