In work and trying to get live chat working, 

"we’ll notify you as soon as an agent becomes available"  That was hour ago? wth?

Replies from live chat and the WhatsApp service on 0730 532 7112  can take 4 to 6 hours depending on staff availability. Phone calls take priority.

The Forum team may be able to help if you provide a quick rundown (without any personal details) of what your issue is, however the forum isn't an instant messaging service and it may take them a day or two to pick up your post.

Managed to get through a few days later, whole process took about 3 hours.. Which is pretty awful. Did a similar chat with TalkTalk and took about 25 minutes. No harm I guess, I was in work so just waited for the notification sound.....

Can we just be put though to people right away that can give a fair deal? Why do the first line of people always offer such horrendous contracts? Are people actually stupid enough to agree to these? Seems like they're just there to take advantage of stupid or vulnerable people?  Crazy

Oh well, it's only every 18 months we have to through this crap I guess.
