Pre-Contract or actual contract?

My contract expires in Oct 24. But I have been receiving emails encouraging me to agree a new contract. I opened up one to see the price but never agreed or clicked on any link to accept. However, I have received pre-contract documents but they state, "Attached are your Contract Information & Contract Summary documents. Please make sure that you are happy with the agreement you are entering into."  Is this a new Contract or just a draft tp review if I did decide to accept. Please can I have confirmation It is not a new Contract?
