Hi,
I am stuck in an endless loop of requesting a verification email. It says every single link the that the 'verification expired'.
Tried different browsers
Different internet connections
Tried work VPN
Incognito.
Can somebody please sort this out so I can access my virgin media?
This has clearly been an issue for over a year taking a look at some other peoples posts. Get your dev team to sort it out.

Sorry to hear about the issue you have setting up your online account.
What we can do from here is raise this with our second line team for you.
It can take around 7-10 days to get resolved. However its is usually a lot quicker than that.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
