Endless loop when trying to reset email address
I'm in endless loop when trying to reset my email.
- I receive the mail Titled 'Verify your email address' with body 'Thanks for updating your email address on your My Virgin Media account. To confirm the change, all you must do is to verify your email in the link below....'
- when I try to validate on the webpage I get the following error 'You haven't confirmed this email address yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Verify Your My Virgin Media Email' and click the link in the email
- there is no 'Verify Your Virgin Media Email' in my inbox or spam
Please help - impossible for me to log into my account to diagnose my wifi issues.
I can see from the Forum this validating email is a repeating problem
