Account email verification

I cannot verify my online account to see my broadband bill.

The email to verify my account is coming through but takes me to a blank page so I am unable to login.

Can I please get some help with this?

    We're sorry to hear you're not having much luck accessing your account.

    We can have a look at this from here for you, this would need us to pass security over a private message first though.

    If you can check the logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

  • Hi, I’m having a similar problem: I registered for a new service and account. I’ve received all the contract and delivery order emails but the email verification email to set up my Virginmedia.ie online account never arrives. Can someone help me set this up manually, please?

      We've noticed you have said .ie which would indicate you're from Ireland - unfortunately we don't serve Irish accounts here.

      For more help we'd advise contacting our Irish support team on via these methods.
