Unable to verify new email address
So I wanted to change my email address on my account. Simple process really - never had issues with any other website. Until VM with their glitchy system. So it sends a verification email, which when I click on the link to verify the email, it asks me to login. So I use the new email address and my password and then the system says “email not verified” and the cycle begins. I can login via my old email still. why can’t the website allow me to verify with a code or something else. I am a new virgin media customer and I have tried multiple attempts to create an online account so I can manage my bills etc. how ever in order to create the account I need to verify my email - and I have never received the verification email required. I’ve been trying to verify my account on the virgin media websitr for a couple of days after getting broadband but everytime I try to do so I get prompted with a message saying that a verification email has been sent, but never receive it. Hi, I am stuck in an endless loop of requesting a verification email. It says every single link the that the 'verification expired'. Tried different browsers Different internet connections Tried work VPN Incognito. Can somebody please sort this out so I can access my virgin media?
