Account verification email

I’ve been trying to verify my account on the virgin media websitr for a couple of days after getting broadband but everytime I try to do so I get prompted with a message saying that a verification email has been sent, but never receive it. I’ve looked in the spam folder, tried different browsers, and nothing work.

Can someone help me?
