Not able to set up Virgin Media account because not receiving verification email

I am a new virgin media customer and I have tried multiple attempts to create an online account so I can manage my bills etc. how ever in order to create the account I need to verify my email - and I have never received the verification email required. 

Can I please get some supper on this so I can create my account ?
