E-billing

I've just received my first (paper)bill. I didn't request a paper bill and I'm trying to change to ebilling. All the advice and links regarding this do NOT work. I can't find anything regarding ebilling within my account that always me to switch.

Sorry to get this set up and remove the £1.75 paper bill charge.
If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
