Hi,
Can't seem to change my DD date or change from paper bills to online only? keeps coming up with error message?
Any ideas?

Thank you for your post and welcome to forums 🎉
You can change your direct debit date here on your My VM account and if you go to your account settings here under communication preference to change your paper bill to ebilling. Or have you tried this and got an error?
