One touch switch issues
Canyou help me with my issue?? . I am having trouble with OTS. I am in the process of moving to another provider. I currently only have broadband with Virgin as i have sent my TV equipment back. Virgin have acknowledged this. How ever i have been billed for the full package £129. Virgin have said its because they have not been given a cut off date from my new provider ??? Will this money be reimbursed on completion??? I cant see why i would be charged for a service i do t have. Why have I been charged UP TO my contract end date (when VM charge in advance) for the remainder of my services up to the end (in arrears) when I will have already paid in advance? As well as this charge, I have been charged in advance, for my new contract IN THE SAME MONTH. At the end of this contract (in advance) will VM do this again and charge in arrears for a month I've already paid in advance? I am being ripped off.Credit into account
So been on the phone to virgin media twice today firstly, to do with my pre contract saying I get 3 months free and my contract saying I had no months free. They resolved this saying they’d give me credit so I wouldn’t pay anything for them 3 months. Then second I got told they give me £109 credit for the cancellation fee from my other broadband as a one off thing. My question is how do I see this credit and how long from the phone call will it take to appear.
