Returned parcel not delivered

I returned my parcel to virgin by yodel and as of yet still have had no conformation it has arrived ! I keep getting threatening texts from virgin saying I’m going to get charged if equipment not returned by 31/1/25 I’m already having a nightmare with virgin as I left them and they charged my account and I’m still waiting for a refund 30 days later  @ virgin what am I suppose to do now about the parcel return as yodel or you have it but it’s not been updated and I refuse to get charged yet again and have to fight for a refund !!

    It is not your responsibility to chase up the missing package with Yodel. If you have returned it, as instructed, then you have complied with VM's requirements.

    VM runs such a disjointed operation, with multiple sub-contractors carrying out different tasks, that it might not stop the text messages but at least you will have logged the return on here.

  • It’s just been on stress after another with virgin and feel in limbo as I’ve sent it all what they requested but until it’s confirmed received I’m still liable, only positive is I have all the documentation so I’ll try now what you said and ring yodel and go from there
