Credit into account

So been on the phone to virgin media twice today firstly, to do with my pre contract saying I get 3 months free and my contract saying I had no months free. They resolved this saying they’d give me credit so I wouldn’t pay anything for them 3 months.

Then second I got told they give me £109 credit for the cancellation fee from my other broadband as a one off thing. 

My question is how do I see this credit and how long from the phone call will it take to appear.

    We're sorry to hear you were having issues with your pre-contract and contract documents showing incorrect things. From your post, it sounds as though this has been resolved for you now. 

    Any credits applied to the account will show on the next bill that's due to be generated. You won't see them on the account until then.

    The credits will show in the credits and adjustments part of the package on your bill.

      So just checked got the credit for the three months free but not the one off cancellation fee to cancel my other broadband any help greatly appreciated
