Credit into account
So been on the phone to virgin media twice today firstly, to do with my pre contract saying I get 3 months free and my contract saying I had no months free. They resolved this saying they’d give me credit so I wouldn’t pay anything for them 3 months.
Then second I got told they give me £109 credit for the cancellation fee from my other broadband as a one off thing.
My question is how do I see this credit and how long from the phone call will it take to appear.
