One touch switch issues
Canyou help me with my issue?? . I am having trouble with OTS. I am in the process of moving to another provider. I currently only have broadband with Virgin as i have sent my TV equipment back. Virgin have acknowledged this. How ever i have been billed for the full package £129. Virgin have said its because they have not been given a cut off date from my new provider ??? Will this money be reimbursed on completion??? I cant see why i would be charged for a service i do t have. I have ordered a virgin media broadbandservices for my address in RM66DL with promotion applied for £85 credit . I have received a precontract with only contract customer sheet number . In that no account number or area reference are mentioned . can you please help me here .Charged in arrears and in advance in the same month (contract renewal).
Why have I been charged UP TO my contract end date (when VM charge in advance) for the remainder of my services up to the end (in arrears) when I will have already paid in advance? As well as this charge, I have been charged in advance, for my new contract IN THE SAME MONTH. So been on the phone to virgin media twice today firstly, to do with my pre contract saying I get 3 months free and my contract saying I had no months free. They resolved this saying they’d give me credit so I wouldn’t pay anything for them 3 months. Then second I got told they give me £109 credit for the cancellation fee from my other broadband as a one off thing. I returned my parcel to virgin by yodel and as of yet still have had no conformation it has arrived ! I keep getting threatening texts from virgin saying I’m going to get charged if equipment not returned by 31/1/25 I’m already having a nightmare with virgin as I left them and they charged my account and I’m still waiting for a refund 30 days later @ virgin what am I suppose to do now about the parcel return as yodel or you have it but it’s not been updated and I refuse to get charged yet again and have to fight for a refund !!Solved85Views0likes5Comments
