Regrading the new broadband connection , No account number in contract sheet

I have ordered a virgin media broadbandservices for my address in RM66DL with promotion applied for £85 credit . I have received a precontract with only  contract customer sheet number . In that no account number or area reference are mentioned .
can you please help me here .
