Charged in arrears and in advance in the same month (contract renewal).

Why have I been charged UP TO my contract end date (when VM charge in advance) for the remainder of my services up to the end (in arrears) when I will have already paid in advance?  As well as this charge, I have been charged in advance, for my new contract IN THE SAME MONTH.  At the end of this contract (in advance) will VM do this again and charge in arrears for a month I've already paid in advance?  I am being ripped off.

VM contracts don’t end after 18 months, they just become 30 day rolling.  So unless you cancel, you just pay the new rate and most likely without any discounts, so expensive.  Or negotiate a fresh 18 month contract with agreed discount.

  • Hi StevoBarry,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

I can see my colleague has replied to your thread here: Renewal completed online but charged more

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

Have a look at my colleagues reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.

    Thanks,
