Cancel my direct debit

What’s going on with virgin customer services ? Trying to sort my soon to end contract and just can’t get any joy, I received a email telling me renew my contract would be £34/ month, then received a email telling me contract coming to a end and to continue would be £39/month can’t speak to anyone getting annoyed at spending a hour hanging around…. Virgin customer service must be the worst in the country.

    All your monthly bills, and your contract - show your standard monthly package cost together with details on your discounts. Those discounts will be time-limited and the bills will show the amount & expiry date.

      Signed for the £39 deal 18 months then £72, I have to have o2 sim separate …. Still not happy not being able to talk to anyone and feel pressured into taking deal, the length of time I’ve wasted hanging on is wrong.

  • That’s great, I fully understand the world of Ai is becoming a bit part of the world, but we still need some human intervention.

  • Yesterday I received a email stating that my complaint had been looked into and the Virgin team have no record of me been offered a deal at the cost I said, If they had asked me I would of forwarded them the email with the offe, but as the investigation is on their terms I have no say.Very poor customer service.
