I recently moved address and took my Virgin Media contract with me which was due to end in September 2024, however on my account it now shows I have started a new contract which doesn't expire for another 18 months in July 2025. I didn't change or upgrade my package so it shouldn't have reset the contract term should it?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
