Contract address correction

Hi There

Hope someone can help. I am trying to correct the address that is registered on my virginmedia account so that my VM and O2 accounts link.

The issue is that the VM address has the post code twice. I have seen this issue discussed in prevous community posts, but not found a solution and I can't find a way to do this online.

    Thanks for posting in regards to your account and the problems with the format, we appreciate you letting us know.

     

    It's strange as the set up for accounts only allows us to use specific formats for post codes meaning there shouldn't be enough character spaces for the post code to be added twice. Can you confirm if this is the same via your online account and bills? Or is this via O2 side and information?

      Thanks for responding. I can confirm it is on my Virgin Media Contract... my address on O2 is OK.

       

      The address on my VM contract isin the format

      1st line = House number & Road name

      2nd line = City and Post code

      3rd line = Post code

      I think the 2nd line is incorrect and the post code on that line needs removing.
