Contract length Reset after Moving

My original contract with virgin media dated from October 2022, 18 months long was in place when in December 2023 I moved to a new address. In the new address as Virgin media was available I’ve completed the moving home in my account. I was not made aware that also the contract that I had with Virgin Media had been renewed and started December 2023 ending June 2025 and it was not communicated at the time of the transition. I consider it very unfair as there was no change to pricing, terms or anything else and I paid for the installation in the new address.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.

If there was no change in contract or services and you were simply continuing the original contract on then the contract shouldn't have renewed. 

We can certainly take a look into this for you.
