Account contract length renewed without request!

I arranged to have my broadband account moved to a new property with Zero changes to the account but Virgin have (again) auto renewed the contract to 19 months. 

This should legally just transfer the account length as no changes to still finish on February '25.

Since this I have spoke toultiple chat bits, 3 humans on online chat who promised this would be resolved.

2 x' humans' on the phone who promised to revert the contract length on the account to the original. 

Have raised 2 x complaints through the official Virgin media 'vomplaints' department. The first of which categorically stated they would amend this as should not have happened and the latest resolution as 'scan this QR code to speak to the movers team'.

The QR code goes to a WhatsApp group that is no longer active and requests I call a mobile number!!! 

I have serious mental health issues and this process of being passed about is likely to trigger a new downward spiral leading to suicide. Long history.
