Contract Renewal

Hi,

My contract was ended next month and yesterday I have my 30 days notice.

Today I received a call from retentions and agreed to renew for a further 18 months.  Rather than bore you with the services I got, the cost was £61 which I accepted.  I received straightaway showing £61 and then another 2 hours later with more expensive monthly fee.  What has happened and who can help me sort this?  I have attached both below

Hi John,

Hope you are well.

I just received an email that send my contract ends, it is reverting back to a package without discounts.  However, as you are aware, I renewed 2 weeks ago.  What is going on?
